REUBEN CASSEROLE
List of Ingredients
1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
3 slices (7x4") Swiss cheese
12 oz. can corned beef, chopped
16 oz. can sauerkraut, well drained
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tablespoon instant minced onion or 1/4 cup chopped onion
1 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon salt, optional
3/4 cup milk Recipe
Separate crescent dough into two long rectangles. Place in an ungreased 13x9" baking dish; press over bottom and 1/2" up sides to form crust, sealing perforations. Arrange cheese slices over dough. Spoon corned beef and sauerkraut over cheese. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over sauerkraut.
Bake at 425 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes or until filling is set and crust is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; cut into squares to serve. You can make this relatively healthy by using reduced-fat crescent rolls, Alpine Lace Swiss, Egg Beaters, and skim milk
