2 pounds lean grouund beef
2 tablespoons Morton's Tender Quick Curing Salt
1 1/2 teaspoons liquid smoke
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 cup waterRecipe
Mix and form into 2 or 3 loaves. Wrap plastic wrap and leave in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Unwrap and place on a cookie sheet and bake at 300 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Cool and slice.
