Taco Burgers
List of Ingredients
1 pound ground chuck
1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope taco seasoning mix
1 cup salsa, divided
1 cup refried beans
3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
4 large hamburger buns
1 medium tomato, diced
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 small onion, sliced
1 cup shredded zesty mexican or cheddar cheeseRecipe
Combine beef and taco mix; shape into 4 patties. Cook in a large nonstick skillet coated with pam over medium heat 4-5 minutes on each side or till done. Combine 1/4 cup salsa, beans, and cilantro; spread on cut sides of buns. Stir together remaining 3/4 cup salsa and the tomato. Serve patties on buns with salsa mixture, lettuce, onion and cheese.
