    Dill Pickle Bread

    List of Ingredients




    This makes a great cold cut sandwich bread.

    1/3 cup dill pickle juice
    2/3 cup warm water (110 degrees)
    1 dill pickle, chopped
    1 tablespoon butter, softened
    1 tablespoon dried onion
    1 teaspoon parsley flakes
    1/2 teaspoon dill weed
    2 3/4 cups white bread flour
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 teaspoons active dry yeast or bread machine yeast

    Recipe



    Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Use the white bread, medium crust setting. Makes 1-1 pound loaf
