    Brownie Cheesecake Bars

    List of Ingredients




    The best of two worlds, chocolate and cheesecake!

    1 box (19.8 ounces) fudge brownie mix, batter prepared according to directions
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softenend
    2 tablespoons margarine
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9x13 inch baking pan with Pam. Pour brownie batter in the pan and spread smooth. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, margarine,and cornstarch till fluffy. Gradually beat in condensed milk. Beat in egg and vanilla. Pour over brownie batter and bake 50-60 minutes, or till the top is lightly browned. Let cool completely, then refrigerate till cold. Cut into bars and store covered in the fridge.
