    LEMONADE CAKE

    List of Ingredients




    1 lemon supreme cake mix
    1 package (small) instant lemon pudding
    4 eggs
    1 cup plus 2 tablespoon water
    1 stick melted butter
    Topping:
    1 small can frozen concentrated lemonade
    1-1 pound box powdered sugar

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and pour in greased and floured 9x13 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

    While cake is baking, prepare a topping by combining 1 small can thawed lemonade with 1 box confectioners sugar. As soon as cake comes out of the oven, cut it into squares and pour the topping over it. Bake 5 minutes and serve.
