Sinful Cake
List of Ingredients
(Without the glaze, it is a great coffee cake. With the glaze, it is an easy after dinner desert.)
Cake:
1 box yellow cake mix (chocolate also works well for the dinner cake)
3/4-cup corn or canola oil
4 eggs
8 ounces sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
Mix and pour in 11 x 13 sheet cake pan. Mix in separate bowl: 1 cup packed brown sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon. Sprinkle over cake and swirl with a fork. Preheat oven to 350, but when you put the cake in, lower temperature to 325 for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
Glaze:
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla and 4 tablespoons milk
Mix together and put on cake while hot.
