    Surprise It's A Cake (popcorn cake)

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoon melted butter
    2/3 cup corn syrup
    2 cups sugar
    2/3 cup boiling water
    8 cups popped popcorn
    2 teaspoons cream of tarter
    2 tablespoons vinegar
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1/8 teaspoon baking soda
    Vanilla icing (optional)

    Recipe



    Mix ingredients. Pack in a PAM sprayed tube pan. Pipe icing on decoratively if desired to resemble a drizzled bundt cake. Remove from pan and invert on serving plate. Slice.
