AA few cookie tips
If you love fresh-baked cookies but don't have the time to prepare the dough, try this trick. Spoon cookie dough into ice cube trays and place the trays in the freezer. Once the cubes are frozen, pop them out and place in freezer bags. When you're in the mood for a treat, simply arrange the cubes on a cookie sheet, bake and enjoy.
When baking cookies always make sure the dough is cold (as well as the cookie sheets) before placing in the oven. If it isn't it will spread too soon and the cookies might burn.
