    Apple Butter Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    makes approx. 30

    1/4 cup Margarine; softened
    1 cup Brown sugar; packed
    1 Egg
    1/2 cup Oatmeal
    1/2 cup Apple butter
    1 cup Flour
    1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon Baking powder
    1/2 teaspoons Salt
    2 tablespoons Milk
    1/2 cup Nuts, chopped
    1/2 cup Raisins

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, cream margarine (or butter) and sugar. Beat in egg, oats, and apple butter. Combine dry ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture along with milk. Beat until blended. Stir in nuts and raisins. CHILL. Drop by teaspoonful onto lightly greased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
