    Cake Mix Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    1 package (9 ounces) yellow cake mix
    2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
    1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1/2 cup M&M's's or butterscotch chips

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, beat the first four ingredients. Stir in the candy. Drop by tablespoonful 2 inches apart onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-12 minutes or till lightly browned. Immediately remove to wire racks to cool. Makes 2 dozen.
