Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or till lightly brown.Cool on wire racks. Toss coconut with food coloring till lightly coated to resemble lettuce; set aside. In a mixing bowl, cream butter. Add sugar, cocoa, milk, and vanilla; beat till smooth. Frost the bottoms of 22 cookies; sprinkle with the coconut. Top with remaing cookies and gently squeeze together. Makes 22 "hamburgers"

**You can use your favorite sugar cookie recipe instead of the mix, oil, eggs and water, just remember to add the peanut butter chips.

    Fries:
In a microwave or double boiler, melt the peanut butter chips with milk; stir till smooth. Pour into a 9-inch baking pan lined with foil and greased. Cool completely at room temperature. Lift out of the pan and invert onto a cutting board. Remove foil; cut into 3 inch x1/4 inch strips. Fold cupcake liners in 1/2, pressing out creases;fold in 1/2 again. Fold point under; use as french fry bags. Cut 1/2 to 3/4 inch strips of the red licorice and lay over the fries at random to look like ketchup. Makes about 3 dozen "fries"
