Five-Cup Salad
List of Ingredients
1 (8 1/4 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 (11 ounce) can mandarin orange sections, drained
1 cup coconut
1 cup mini-marshmallows
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
2 tablespoons chopped pecansRecipe
Drain pineapple chunks, reserving 1 tablespoon syrup. Combine pineapple chunks, reserved syrup, and the next 3 ingredients. Cover and chill for 2-24 hours. Before serving, sprinkle with pecans. Makes 6 side-dish servings.
