    1/4 pound unsalted butter, melted
    1 cup heavy cream, warmed
    3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesano Romano cheese
    salt to taste
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
    pinch of nutmeg

    Put 1/2 pound of cooked pasta into a warmed bowl or pasta platter. Pour the rest of the ingredients over the fresh pasta and toss to coat all. Serve immediately. Serves 3.
