    1 Garlic head; unpeeled
    1 tablespoon Olive oil

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut off top quarter inch of garlic head. Drizzle oil over head. Wrap head in tin foil. Bake until golden, about one hour.
