    3/4 cup fresh strawberries, cleaned & hulled
    1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
    1/4 cup confectioners sugar

    Recipe



    Puree strawberries in blender or mixer. Blend in butter and sugar until smooth, fluffy and bright pink. Serve.
