    Indiana Sugar Cream Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1/2 cup flour
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    2 cups whipping cream
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 unbaked pie shell

    Recipe



    In a bowl mix all the ingredients except the cinnamon and the pie shell. Let stand for 20 minutes. Pour into the pie shell. Sprinkle with the cinnamon. Bake 50-60 minutes in a preheated 350 degrees oven or till set.(Knife inserted near middle,is an easy way to test) Let cool completely before cutting. Refrigerate.
