Chicken Nuggets
List of Ingredients
1 cup flour
4 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon pepper
8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup vegetable oil or olive oil Recipe
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Place chicken pieces, a few at a time, in to bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken, turning frequently, until browned and juices run clear, about 6-8 minutes.
Yield: 8-10 servings Serve with any type of sauce on the side for dipping.
