    Homemade Turkey Sausage &Marinara Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    1 pound ground turkey
    1 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
    1 teaspoon water
    1/2 teaspoon pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/4 teaspoon dried basil
    1/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/2 teaspoon dried chopped onions
    1 jar (27 ounce) spaghetti sauce

    Recipe



    In a bowl, combine turkey, fennel seed, water, salt and pepper, parsley, basil, oregano and onions. Refrigerate, tightly covered overnight. Crumble into bite-size pieces; cook in a skillet over medium heat till no longer pink. Add spaghetti sauce and cook till bubbly. Serve over your favorite hot pasta (about 1-1 1/2 pound). Makes 6 servings.
