    List of Ingredients

1 large round of your favorite fresh bread cut in half (so there's a top 1/2 and bottom 1/2)
1 can large black olives, drained and sliced
1 can green Spanish olives with pimentos, drained and sliced
8 ounces your favorite Italian salad dressing(not creamy)
    2 large tomatoes, sliced thin
    4 green onions chopped
    4 tablespoons parmesan cheese(grated)
1 large portebello mushroom, sliced thin and rinsed (or 2--4 ounce can pieces & stems mushrooms, drained)
1 medium cucumber, peeled and sliced very thin (optional)
    8 ounces sliced provolone cheese
8 ounces sliced mild mozzarella cheese
24 ounces your favorite (sliced thin) meats i.e. roast beef, roast turkey, roast chicken, pastrami, corned beef, ham

    Recipe

Mix olives, tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, cucumbers and parmesan cheese in small bowl and let set in refrigerator for 4-6 hours, to marinate. When done, spread evenly on the bread top and bottom. Evenly distribute half the meats, then half the cheeses. Repeat with the remaining meats and cheeses. Top with the top half of the bread. Wrap with plastic wrap till entire sandwich is incased. Let set in refrigerator for 1-2 hours for all the flavors to mix.

Serve by cutting into 6-8 wedges. (You can also cut into wedges before you wrap, then wrap each wedge individually in plastic wrap. This is easier for serving, such as for a picnic.)
