REUBEN SANDWICH
List of Ingredients
1 tablespoon prepared Russian dressing
2 slices rye or pumpernickel bread
1/4 pound corned beef
1/4 cup sauerkraut, rinsed, drained, squeeze-dried
1 to 2 slices Swiss cheese Recipe
1. Spread dressing on 1 slice of bread; top with corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and remaining slice of bread.
2. Heat skillet or heavy griddle; add small amount of butter, if desired. Grill sandwich 2-3 minutes each side until cheese is melted and bread lightly toasted.
Makes: 1 sandwich
