Crab Fettuccine
List of Ingredients
12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
1 Tablespoon margarine
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
1 1/2 teaspoons Seafood Cajun Magic or Old Bay Seasoning
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
16 oz. shredded crab
1 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
3 cups cooked fettuccine Recipe
In a large pan, combine milk, margarine, and cornstarch; heat until smooth and slightly thickened, Add seasoning and mushrooms. Stir in seafood and cook until heated through. Add cheese and toss with fettuccine. Serve immediately.
