    Cream Cheese and Crab Pasta

    List of Ingredients




    12 ounces bow tie pasta
    1 cup milk
    1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
    1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1/4 teaspooon onion powder
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen peas, thawed
    4 ounces flaked crab meat

    Recipe



    In a large pot, cook pasta according to package directions;drain and return it to the pot. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, combine milk, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring until cream cheese is melted. Add peas, reduce heat to low, and simmer 4-5 minutes, or till sauce is warmed through.

    Add crab and cream cheese sauce to the pasta in the pot. Cook over medium heat 3-5 minutes, or till thoroughly combined and warmed through, stirring frequenttly. Serve at once.

    Makes 4 servings.
