Seafood Salad Bowls
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup sliced celery
1 cup flaked crabmeat
1 1/2 cups salad shrimp (thawed and deveined)
1 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
6 drops Tabasco Sauce
4 tortilla bowl shells
8 large lettuce leavesRecipe
Toss together the green pepper, onion, celery, crabmeat and shrimp, saving 8 shrimps for garnish. Lightly mix together the next five ingredients and stir into the seafood and vegetable mixture. Line each bowl with two lettuce leaves. Fill each bowl with the salad and garnish with the reserved shrimps. Serves 4.
