    Tuna Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1-10 1/4 ounce can, cream of celery soup
    3 eggs, beaten
    1-6 1/2 ounce can tuna, drained
    1/4 cup of chopped pimento
    1 1/2 cups bisquick
    1/3 cup very hot water
    1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    Recipe



    In a bowl, stir soup, eggs, tuna, and pimento;set aside. Mix bisquick, and water. Knead on floured surface till smooth and not sticky. Press dough into bottom and up sides of greased 10"x6" baking dish. Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese on dough. Add tuna mixture; top with remaining cheese; garnish with additional pimento. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or till center is set. Cool 10 minutes. Serves 6
