Zucchini pie

This tastes just like sugar cream pie!!!
1 1/2 cup peeled seeded shredded zucchini
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
3 Tablespoon flour
1 1/2 cup evaporated milk
2 1/4 teaspoon butter/margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
cinnamon and/or nutmeg to taste
Recipe
Mix the first 7 ingredients in a blender till smooth and pour into a 9" unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon and/or nutmeg. Bake 10 minutes at 425 degrees, then 20 minutes at 300 degrees. It's done when knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
