    Really good! I used fozen meatballs to save time.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. ground beef
    • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or crackers
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
    • 1/3 cup ketchup
    • 3 Tsp. minced onion
    • 2 tbsp. soy sauce
    • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    • 1/4 tsp. pepper
    • Sauce:
    • 1 can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
    • 12 oz. bottle chile sauce
    • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Combine ground beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and peper. Mix well and shape into 1/2" balls. Place in a lightly sprayed with PAM baking sheet.
    2. Heat oven to 300 degrees.
    3. In a saucepan combine sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Pour hot sauce over meatballs. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until done. Transfer to a crockpot and keep on low for serving.
