Really good! I used fozen meatballs to save time.
List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or crackers
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 3 Tsp. minced onion
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- Sauce:
- 1 can cranberry sauce (jellied or whole)
- 12 oz. bottle chile sauce
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, cornflake crumbs, parsley, eggs, ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and peper. Mix well and shape into 1/2" balls. Place in a lightly sprayed with PAM baking sheet.
- Heat oven to 300 degrees.
- In a saucepan combine sauce ingredients. Cook over medium heat until smooth. Pour hot sauce over meatballs. Bake for 30-45 minutes, until done. Transfer to a crockpot and keep on low for serving.
