    1 lb Pork sausage
    2 tbs. chopped onion
    6 Tbsp. flour
    4 cups milk
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of worcestershire sauce
    dash hot pepper sauce

    Recipe



    Crumble and fry sausage. Add onion and cook until they are transparent. Drain, discarding all but 2 tbsp. grease. Stir in flour and cook until mixtures is golden. Stir in milk. Add seasonings; cook until thickened. Slice Angel biscuits and spoon gravy over halves.
