    List of Ingredients


    • 1-2 lbs cooked taco meat
    • 1 Can Rotel tomatoes with green chilis
    • 1 can Mexi-corn
    • 1 C sour cream
    • 1 C shredded cheese
    • 2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mixed together per instructions


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together except the cornbread. Place in a 9X13 pan. Top with the cornbread mixture.
    2. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown 25-30 min.
    3. **Black beans, rinsed, can be added with less taco meat for a change.
