    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. white cake mix
    • 1 cup quick cooking oats
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1 egg
    • 2 Tbsp. milk
    • 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese (Neufchatel)
    • 1 12-1/4 oz. jar caramel ice cream
    • 1 11-1/2 oz. pkg. milk chocolate pieces
    • 1 cup cocktail peanuts


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a 9X13 pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
    2. For crumb mixture: In a large bowl combine cake mix and oats. Using a pastry blender, cut in peanut butter until mixture resembles fine crumbs. Beat egg with milk, add crumb mixture, stirring until well mixed. Reserve 3/4 cup. Press remaining mixture into the pan.
    3. For Filling: Beat cream cheese with mixer until smooth. Add caramel topping and beat until mixed. Spread over top of crumb mixture. Sprimkle chocolate chips on top. Cover with peanuts. Sprinkle evenly with remaining crumb mixture.
    4. Bake for 30 minutes. Let cool completely on a wire rack. Store, covered, in the refrigerator.
