Baked Salmon

List of Ingredients
1 C. soft bread crumbs
1/3 C. sliced almonds
1 tbsp. chopped green onion
1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh thyme or 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter melted
2 lbs. fresh salmon fillet
lemon wedges
Recipe
Place salmon skin side down in a sprayed 15 x 10 pan. Cover with crumb mixture. bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 20-25 minutes. Fish should flake easily with a fork.
Serve with lemon wedges around it.
