    1 pint heavy cream
    1 stick butter
    2 tbl cream cheese
    1/2-3/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp garlic powder

    Recipe



    In saucepan combine butter, heavy cream and cream cheese. Simmer until all is melted. Add parmesan and garlic powder. Simmer 15-20 minutes on low. Season w/salt and pepper.
