    • 8 medium potatoes
    • 1 can mushroom soup
    • 12 slices bacon
    • 1-1/2 cups shredded cheese
    • 1-1/2 cup sour cream


    Instructions


    1. Boil and dice the potatoes. Pour into pan, cover, and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions.
