    List of Ingredients




    Four eggs
    Three quarter cup sugar
    One and one half cup milk
    Two tablespoons butter, melted
    One cup biscuit mix
    One half cup lemon juice
    Three tablespoons grated lemon peel

    Recipe



    Heat oven to three hundred fifty degrees. Butter nine inch pie pan. Place ingredients in blender, and blend at low speed three minutes. Pour into pan. Let stand five minutes. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool.

    Serve with whipped cream.
