    List of Ingredients


    • 1 single pie crust
    • 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 Tbsp. margarine
    • 2/3 cup sugar
    • 2 Tbsp. milk
    • 2 teaspoons coffee
    • 3 beaten eggs


    Instructions


    1. Melt chocolate chips in heavy saucepan over low heat,stirring constantly.
    2. Add margarine,milk and coffee,and mix well.
    3. Keeping over heat,gradually stir in sugar.
    4. Remove from heat and stir in beaten eggs.A cup of chopped walnuts may be added if desired.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees about 30-35 minutes(not quite set).Do not overbake.
