List of Ingredients 2 cups self-rising flour 2 cups sugar 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 3/4 tsp. nutmeg 1/8 tsp. cloves 3 eggs,beaten 1 cup cooking oil 1/2 cup milk 1 16 oz. can pumpkin Cream cheese frosting: 1 8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 lb. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla dash salt enough milk to make desired consistency Instructions Mix flour,sugar and spices.In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs,oil milk and pumpkin together. Gradually add dry ingredients.Mix well by hand about 2 and 1/2-3 minutes. Pour into greased and floured pans.Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.Cool in pans for 5 minutes,then remove to racks to cool. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
