    Peanut Clusters

    A while after these have set you may encounter some "bloom".It looks a litle funny, but doesn't affect the taste or quality of the chocolate.


    List of Ingredients


    • 24 oz.(1 and 1/2 lb.) vanilla almond bark
    • 1 12 oz. pkg semi-sweet chocolate chips
    • 2 10 oz. pkg. salted spanish peanuts(with skins on)


    Instructions


    1. Melt almond bark in heavy saucepan over low heat.
    2. Stir in chocolate chips until melted and well blended with almond bark. Remove from heat.Stir in peanuts.
    3. Drop by teaspoonsful onto waxed paper to set. Store in a covered container in a cool place.
