List of Ingredients 1 lb. fresh carrots 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 cup water 1/4 cup chopped onion 1/2 cup chopped celery 1 clove minced garlic 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1 cup seasoned croutons plus extra to sprinkle on top salt and pepper Instructions Clean, slice and cook carrots til almost tender; drain. Mix mushroom soup and water til smooth. Add garlic, celery,onion and carrots. Add cheddar cheese and croutons. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour into a large buttered casserole dish and sprinkle croutons on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted,about 30 minutes. Serve hot.
