    Stuffed Shells


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb. large shells
    • 20 oz. frozen spinach
    • 1 clove minced garlic
    • juice of 1/2 lemon
    • 1/4 cup parmesan or romano cheese
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 tsp. oregano
    • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
    • 1 egg, beaten
    • 1 large can pasta sauce
    • 2 cups coursely grated mozzerella


    Instructions


    1. Boil shells until firm but tender.Rinse in cold water and drain.
    2. Thaw spinach and squeeze out water.Mix with bread crumbs,seasonings,parmesan and egg.
    3. Stuff the shells and place in oiled casserole dish.
    4. Cover with pasta sauce and top with mozzerella.
    5. Bake at 350 degrees until hot and cheese is melted.
    6. Serve with salad and red wine.Serves 4-6.
