Tenter's Meat Cups

Your family will love these meat cups. I usually make 3 dozen
and they disappear as fast as I can get them out of the oven.
List of Ingredients
Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
½ pkg Taco seasoning mix
1 clove of garlic minced
1 onion (optional)
2 tbsp steak sauce or worcestershire sauce
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ Jar spaghetti sauce ( 8oz)
2 tubes refrigerated "country biscuits"Recipe
In a skillet, brown ground beef, drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce,
taco seasoning, garlic, onion, steak sauce. Cook over medium
heat for 5-10 minutes.
Separate biscuit dough. Flatten each biscuit into circle and fit
into bottom and up sides of greased muffin tin.
Fill each cup evenly with meat mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 13-15 minutes or just until they
start to turn brown. Remove from oven, place shredded
cheese on each cup and bake until cheese melts.
You can make them with whatever meat you like. Also
try adding, mushrooms, peppers, bacon, etc.
