    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
    • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 5 sheets)
    • 2/3 cup packed brown sugar
    • 1/3 cup quick cooking oats
    • 1/3 cup butterscotch morsels
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1Tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 2 large egg whites
    • Cooking spray
    • 1 Tablespoon powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven 350 degrees.
    2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring cup, and level with a knife. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients (flour through baking powder), stirring with a whisk. Set aside.
    3. Combine oil, vanilla, and egg whites, and add to the flour mixture, stirring just until blended. Lightly coat hands with cooking spray.
    4. Press batter evenly into an 8 inch square baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until a wooden pick insterted in the center comes clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Sift powdered sugar over top.
    5. Yield: 16 servings -cal 118, fat 2.8, fiber .5
