    Cumin-Dusted Salmon

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
    • 1 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
    • 4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (about 1 inch thick), skinned
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl. Sprinkle both sides of fish with spice mixture.

    2. Heat a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat; add fish. Cook 6 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

    3. Servings: 4
