    Seafood Fettuccine


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
    • 1/4 cup white wine
    • 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
    • 1 (8 ounce) package fettuccine, cooked and drained
    • Parmesan cheese


    Instructions


    1. Saute shrimp, garlic in olive oil until shrimp begin to turn pink. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mushrooms, Italian seasoning and white wine and cook until shrimp are done. Stir in Alfredo sauce and cook and stir until heated through. Serve over fettuccine and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
