Spicy Mustard Fish

- 30 round buttery crackers
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/3 pounds orange roughy fillets
- lime wedges, optional
Instructions
- Process crackers on food processor until finely ground. Stir together mustard and next 3 ingred.; brush over fillets. Dredge fillets in cracker crumbs, and place on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 min. or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
