    Spicy Mustard Fish

    List of Ingredients


    • 30 round buttery crackers
    • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
    • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
    • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
    • 1 1/3 pounds orange roughy fillets
    • lime wedges, optional


    Instructions


    1. Process crackers on food processor until finely ground. Stir together mustard and next 3 ingred.; brush over fillets. Dredge fillets in cracker crumbs, and place on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 min. or until fish flakes with a fork. Serve with lime wedges, if desired.
    2. Servings: 4
