    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cup plain fat-free yogurt
    • 3 tablespoons capers
    • 2 tablespoons minced fresh onion
    • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
    • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 6 cups shredded green cabbage
    • 1 cup shredded carrot


    Instructions


    1. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Stir in cabbage and carrots; toss to coat.

    2. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup). 61 cal, 1.6g fat, 2.6g pro, 10.2g carb, 2.9g fiber, 2mg chol, 0.6mg iron, 420mg sod, 82mg calc.
