    Cajun Flank Steak

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon onion powder
    • 2 teaspoons sugar
    • 2 teaspoons paprika
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 1 pound flank steak, trimmed
    • cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 8 ingredients in a small bowl. Rub spice mixture over both sides of steak.

    2. Heat a large nonstick grill pan coated with cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add steak and cook 5 minutes on each side. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin slices.

    3. Servings: 4
