    • 1 cup fresh blueberries
    • 1 (14 ounce) can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
    • 1 cup low-fat buttermilk
    • 4 ounces fat-free cream cheese
    • 8 (1/2 cup) servings at 172 cal and 2.5g fat.


    Instructions


    1. Beat together condensed buttermilk and cream cheese. Stir in buttermilk and blueberries. Freeze according to machine directions.
