5 cups thinly sliced green cabbage or angel hair slaw
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits in juice, drained
Instructions
Spoon yogurt onto several layers of heavy-duty paper towels; spread to 1/2-inch thickness. Cover with additional paper towels; let stand 5 minutes. Scrape inyo bowl using a rubber spatula. Stir in mayonnaise and lemon juice.
Combine cabbage and pineapple; add to yogurt mixture, tossing gently to coat. Cover and chill.
