    List of Ingredients


    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
    • 1 cup uncooked basmati rice
    • 1/2 cup uncooked quinoa
    • 1/2 cup uncooked millet
    • 3 cups vegetable broth
    • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 minutes. Add rice, quinoa and millet; cook 3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in broth and salt. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 25 minutes.

    2. Yield: 6 servings (serving size: 1 cup). 275 g cal, 6.1g fat, 7.8g pro, 50.9g carb, 2.4g fiber, 10mg chol, 2.4mg iron, 636mg sod, 16mg calc.
