    Wilted Spinach with Pine Nuts

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 teaspoons butter
    • 2 (10 ounce) packages fresh spinach, trimmed
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/3 cup raisins
    • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add spinach and garlic; saute 2 minutes. Stir in raisins, pine nuts and salt.
    2. Servings: 8
